Welcome to my home bakery!
Hi! I am Shannon. I am a home baker specializing in chocolate chip cookies. I have been baking for over 25 years. I began as a hobby home baker and I decided to turn my love for baking into a home bakery business.
My passion for baking began at a young age and led me to Culinary School at SCC. Unfortunately, I never completed the program at SCC but my love for baking remained. I have hopes of one day opening my own storefront, that would be my dream! I am a mom of 2 kids, Maddie and Brandon.
Sadly, my sweet Maddie passed in 2022 due to suicide at the age of 14. I have started a foundation in her honor, The Maddie Melde Foundation, that is still in the works. I have also written a Children’s book about Maddie as well, titled, Always With You - A Short Story of My Spiritual Journey that Brought Comfort and Healing to my Family.
Also, I am and a native of Arizona. I am a Volunteer Wish Granter for Make-A-Wish Arizona and an active member of the Junior League of Phoenix. I am also excited to announce that I have won in the Best Baked Goods category for AZ Foothills Best of the Valley 2022! Thank you for stopping by!
